• Original Condition: The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
• Tags Attached: All original tags must be attached to the item(s).
• Unwashed and Unstained: The item(s) must be unwashed and free from any stains or odors.
• Original Packaging: The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Promotional and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for all products.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

• We recommend keeping your tracking number as proof of shipment.
