Returns

• Damaged Returns: If a returned item is damaged, a refund will not be issued. We inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only valid if the product delivered to the customer does not match the description provided on the website. If the product is damaged due to customer misuse, the exchange cannot be processed.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within  days of receiving the product. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement.
